Shipping and Delivery
1. DELIVERY TO HONG KONG AND MAINLAND CHINA
We offer express delivery so you can have you order delivered in no time (except for pre-order items or other separately stated items).
ToniTownie is proud to provide free delivery on all domestic orders over HKD 500.
Local Hong Kong and mainland China deliveries provided by S.F. Express.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we have dispatched your order. We send most orders using secure tracked services so that you can follow your order.
We will typically dispatch in-stock items within 48 hours, for pre-order items, we will inform you the expected dispatch time separately in the product page
2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
With almost everything on tonitownie.com (except for restricted items, see 4)) available for international delivery, you can send your order to over 200 countries around the world.
If your order weight is 3kg or below, a flat rate of HKD150 will be charged. For order which weighted 3kg or above, the shipping cost will be shown in the CHECK-OUT page provided by real-time calculator.
After your order has been dispatched, the delivery time might need 1-4 working days.
International deliveries provided by DHL, Fedex, UPS, Yamato Express and S.F Express.
Please be aware that we cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas custom houses.
We will constantly improve our international shipping service with better prices and faster time of delivery.
3. Purchase as Gift
If you are purchasing from us as gift and also want us to send to the recipient directly, please state in the message box on the CHECK-OUT page and we will replace the commercial invoice (with purchase details) with a gift receipt (without the purchase price).
The gift receipt is also valid for any returns and refunds.
You can also include a gift message in the message box and we will delivery your greetings along with the package.
4. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
There are some products that are unavailable for International Delivery. This can be due to reasons such as legal restrictions, warranties or logistical limitations that prevent us from sending items outside of Hong Kong.
This affects products such as knifes and some electronic items. If we cannot sell a product using International Delivery, we will always show you on the product page.
